Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We typically ship within 24 business hours of an order, but guarantee shipment within 48 business hours. We ship Monday through Friday out of the central time zone. 

We ship through multiple shipping carriers to ensure quickest turn around for all locations. All information will be sent when your shipping label is created. 

Products typically arrive within 2-4 days of shipping, but please allow carrier up to 10 days before reaching out about a missing package. 

Returns

We offer a 30 day return policy for the 528 hydrogen water generator. Once return is initiated, refunds will be issued within 2 business days of merchandise’s arrival to our offices/warehouse. 

We do not accept returns on bottled water due to the consumable nature of the product; however, we strive to get it right. Please reach out as quickly as possible with any issues impacting the consumption of the water and we will get it corrected in a timely manner. 

Please reach out immediately if there is an issue with your order. While we cannot guarantee adjustments or corrections, we will do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships.
